We used the New Lynn Storage King for several months in 2017, for a family member who had some 'life issues' that didn’t end up at all well. It was evident from the day we checked in, and were shown around that we were in a professional-but-friendly establishment. The experience left us feeling as safe as could possibly be, reassured about the items, confident about access, and clearly informed. As things turned out, the manager also did an important bit of social service just for us, in a quietly professional and extremely discreet manner, keeping an eye out for our unwell family member when he went 'off radar'. I can’t say I've enjoyed the storage experience at other companies facilities over the years, but on this one occasion I have had a good experience to remember. And all thanks to Kerry and the staff for managing the payments, arranging refunds and chasing me up, but gosh he was good.
